GitHub 刚刚发布了博客：《[GitHub Copilot 交互数据使用政策的更新](https://github.blog/news-insights/company-news/updates-to-github-copilot-interaction-data-usage-policy/)》，宣布从 4 月 24 日起，Copilot Free、Pro 和 Pro+ 用户的交互数据（特别是输入、输出、代码片段和相关上下文）将用于训练和改进我们的 AI 模型，除非他们选择退出。

## 核心内容

- 是 **GitHub Copilot** 的政策变了，不是 GitHub 代码库的政策变了。
- 你的**私有代码仓库**不会被用来训练。

至于公开仓库，不知道被训练多少次了吧。

## 默认开启

本次变化最大的是默认开启。从 2026 年 4 月 24 日起，Copilot 就会使用你的“交互数据”来训练模型。

### 交互数据是什么？

你与 Copilot 沟通的过程中产生的数据，包括：

- 你输入的 prompt
- Copilot 生成的代码
- 代码片段
- 上下文

也就是说，你发给 Copilot，和 Copilot 发给你的，都会用来训练。

## 受影响的是

- Copilot Free
- Copilot Pro / Pro+

### **企业用户不受影响：**

- Copilot Business
- Copilot Enterprise

## 手动关闭

当今天登录 GitHub 的时候，会有一个提示条，带你进入 Copilot 的[隐私设置](https://github.com/settings/copilot)页面进行关闭：

## 例外

感谢 Honey 同学的提醒。

此前 GitHub 有一个选项：「允许 GitHub 使用 Copilot 数据来改进产品 / 改进服务」，用户也可以选择拒绝。这些用户未来依旧拒绝，不会默认开启。

另外，值得注意的一点变化是，之前这个选项叫“**用于改进产品**”，现在明确改为“用于训练模型”。
